[Rido turns away to ignore the person off screen and faces the blinking network device. Slumping in his tall backed chair he sighs, slight irritation crossing his features as he reaches up a hand to rub his temple before addressing whoever might be listening.]

Fine. I'm listening. You all have my undivided attention.

[The Pureblooded King forces a small smile on his face, cocking his head in feigned amusement as he speaks.]

Tell me. What is it then... that you think makes you 'special'?

Oh... my niece, yes.

But 'infatuated' is the wrong word.

I suppose you'd say she's more of a 'strategy'.

A strategy? A bait for something better perhaps?

Something like that. I've not quite decided what I'll use her for. But I will have her... sooner or later. What's time to an immortal?
